I have a protective barrier of peppermint oil, spiders won't come within a mile of the place.
My genetically altered ones will. They actually crave peppermint oil.
Limencello: In Italy you can buy 95% pure alcohol, Peel 6 lemons, organic are best, just the outer skin not the white pith. Soak the skin in the alcohol for 6 days. To a litre (2 pints) of alcohol you need a litre of water and 800 grams (just under 2 lbs.) sugar. Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water, when it's cold strain the lemon skins from the alcohol and mix with the sugar water. Put in in the freezer, there is so much alcohol in Limencello it will not freeze. Then drink...
