Neither do I, but I'm guessing it has to do with pulling a rabbit out of somewhere.....Take it from me a hat would have been a much better option in my case...
There was a story this week where George HW Bush was accused of groping women from his wheelchair during photo ops. Before he touched them, he would ask, Do you know who my favorite magician is? David Cop-A-Feel.
Bush apologized and said he was just making a joke because of where his hands needed to be because he was sitting. (If you've had 90+ year old relatives in your family, you know they can be very inappropriate at times.
