Venison Jerky
Is this dried meat?
Yes. Trimmed of fat, cut into strips, salt added and then dried.
I haven’t hunted deer in a very long time, but I love venison jerky. What I do is allow some friends to hunt on land we own, with the stipulation I get some jerky and meat sticks. No muss, no fuss, and no sitting out in the freezing rain all day.

Dried meat is yummy but expensive tried it a couple of years ago had a co worker from south africa during an internship.
Oh so sorry to hear this! Hopefully the rest of your house won't get it. I've had some kind of stomach thing for a few days. Not bad enough to keep me home from work, but bad enough that I can't eat. Just gingerale and pretzels right now.

I like a lotta stuff most folk think is gross. Sardines, smoked oysters, raw oysters. Oh man, I really dig me some oysters. Jiggle them slimy old things atop a soda cracker, shake a little Sriracha or cocktail sauce on it, and down she goes. Good eatin.
