I am very happy that you feel that way about your team, Flakes. I just have no clue about soccer. You must be way excited! I felt that way when my home team made the stanley cup or another wonderous act.

The Maori "Haka". It is steeped in traditional history and mana, (spiritual power) it's very emotional for a New Zealander to witness/be a part of this.
(and yes, can scare the shyt out of an opponent )

I must admit it was Flake who first got me interested in Rugby, especially her country's team. I enjoy learning about a country's history and when introduced to this sport and the Maori Haka had to find out more information. Hope my one TV station will again carry at least a few games. Totally awesome players.

It's INSANE! I love it to bits. MY husband and I got hooked on it when ESPN was young & they showed Aussie rules often, to fill time. Now it's harder to find, but I still love it when I see it.
