Thinking of you and wishing you the best - hope she can kick this bug in the buttPlease send some more healing vibes for Kat.
She has been to the doctor 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
They tested her today to see if she has the flu. She doesn't thank goodness.
Her throat is worse, and she keeps having fevers. Mostly at night.
She is balking at taking her medicine now because she has been taking it for 2 weeks. Karen has a time getting it into her. They gave her a stronger antibiotic today, that she only takes once a day.
She has not been to school since Monday, and there is no school all of next week. That is good. Maybe she will get all better by the time she goes back to school.
I feel so bad for her.
Better keep an eye on that - continued prayers pegHer fever spiked to 103 this morning. I wish the fevers would stop.
Hope she feels better soon.Karen checks her fever about every hour. I don't know how she is doing this morning yet.
She got up with a 101 fever, but it is now at 99. Now she is throwing up.
This poor kid.
Here ya go......wish I could see her labs.....but I raise my hands to whatever power is out there, that she gets better.....
Here ya go...
Sorry - I know you actually meant lab values e.g. creatinine, WBCs, BUN, etc. - just trying to be funny
The fever is gone. But, she still is coughing her head off.
Her eyes look so droopy. You can see she doesn't feel well.
She did eat some hot dogs last night, and a little bit of scrambled eggs this morning.
