How Would You Like It Cooked?

Okay, on a barbie I would slice onions and mushies ....add some butter salt pepper and bbq sauce...with a dash of cider vinegar and a drop of honey. Wrap it in tinfoil and place in on the grill shelf to cook. You can make it in a pan if making steak inside on your stove.

Medium rare (I mostly buy Rib-eyes or Strip Steaks) - big ass baked potato with butter and sour cream - Asparagus goes good with steak

I like a ribeye or New York strip, medium well, with a side of mushrooms sauteed in butter, a twice-baked potato, and broccoli with cheese. I also like a little puddle of steak sauce to dip my steak and potato.

I don't eat meat b/c to be frank it costs way too much and there's no way I'm killing my own dinner - like my brother does. He can't afford to eat meat from the market either because he has to help put two kids through school. But they like deer meat anyway. I watched Bambi and can never eat deer meat again. Not that I like it all that much when I did have it. When I was young I had no choice, I had to eat whatever he killed. We all did.

Shoesalesman are you from down east? When I cooked banquets I cooked the meat well done for the downeast folks and practically mooing for the folks here out west. Sorta seems like a regional thing here in Canada.

Went hungry a few times as a kid because I would not eat animals I'd played with but still enjoy meat.
Rare/medium rare and potato is best soaked in the meat 'juice'
