You complain so much. Stockholm is way north of the most of you. It is about the same latitude as Yellowknife in the northwest territories in Canada. I only say one thing.... I'm very thankful for the good old Gulf Stream without whom it would be very chilly in europe.

Looked back and the warmest low for the day since Christmas was -1. Today is the first day since Christmas that they think the high will get above 20. Not much relief, though, as we're under a blizzard warning for tomorrow. Forecasters can't seem to agree on how much snow we'll get although a possibility of 12" is being mentioned by most of them. Have I mentioned how much I hate winter? :glare:

It's been very windy here in Ireland for the past 24 hours due to Storm Eleanor. Hatches battened down but there's been power outages around the country and a lot of damage done due to the wind and flooding.
Luckily for us here on the East coast it hasn't been as bad as elsewhere.
