I am happy today to be baking some Christmas cookies - green trees, red bells and red and green and/or multicolored stars! It is just a basic rolled cookie dough made with butter, sugar, egg, flour etc. Just the kind from my Mom's really old cook book.

The smell of them cooking and the rolling of the dough and cutting out the shapes is kinda therapeutic for me - I like working with my hands!
(I have Christmas music in the background too)
