I hear you,I haven't had miracle whip since being a kid..but it worked back then it is a different taste from hellman's..have you heard of cooler corn? You pour boiling water over ears of corn in your standard or small cooler, close it,let it sit for ten or fifteen minutes, and done to perfection and will keep it hot for cookouts..

Look at that - I've never seen it done that way, but that's just perfect. I don't really like it grilled - so many folks here think that's the thing to do, but that cooler trick will be my best party trick this summer. Don't tell too many people! Also, I see that it's peaches & cream - the best corn ever.I hear you,I haven't had miracle whip since being a kid..but it worked back then it is a different taste from hellman's..have you heard of cooler corn? I saw a recipe that advocated putting in a glass of regular milk and a stick of butter into the boiling water and comments were it was excellent tasting.. Of course Salt and Pepper to taste.Look at that - I've never seen it done that way, but that's just perfect. Spidey knows.
There is something special about South Jersey tomatoes. And corn
I lived in Pennsylvania. All of our fathers would drive to Jersey to buy plants every year.
You would think the angels were singing when they brought them home, planted them, and tended to them.
I'll swap tomatoes.

It's hard to describe, isn't it? You got it thou, Spidey.Jersey tomatoes are acid free in taste. Just smoothness and taste only Jersey sand can provide.
Remember the big green tomato worms? Was considered bad luck to kill them, so off they went to the tall grass away from the plants.Corn so good here, it's only a three minute boil. So sweet. could eat raw.
lil tiny salt.
Spideyman yikes, I remember my mom shucking jersey corn, and we were happy to take the 'lil pets' outside to play with. Catterpillars in there sometimes. Put them on trees.
I would freak now.
