I know it can be frustrating but don't try to do too much too soon. You don't want to undo what they've done to repair the damage. :smile2:
Girl for the first time in my life I will guarantee I Will not overdue it in fact I'm more paranoid they Wil send me back to work before I'm ready just because it is impossible for someone who had never worked there to understand the insane physical demand of every job in rip and cut

This is very important as the pain begins to recede and you get your spunk back. Patience dear. Listen to the physical therapists. This is a temporary but major lifestyle change. Take your time coming back.
