Oh I fell a sleep wrong took the brace partially off forgot doc said to wake up every 4 hours to take pills and was in some good pain. But got it under control and am just bored. I wish I could find finders keepers in this town

I feel like I'm more bored knowing I can't work as a posed to just having a day off I've read all my books to much bored of tv. Funny I found this site back when I had to miss work for my injury. U all have been there through the trials of not knowing if I'd get fixed. And here I am spending my recovery with people I never met but feel a great bond with.

Heck Ya I'm afraid to go to sleep to cuz of what happened last night. I entered the bad dreams sweepstakes I hope it wasn't to late it would be cool to win a signed sk book

Oooh Jesus god I told my mom not to wake me if I fell a sleep I wanted to try to take less medicine. But it didn't matter I woke up 4 hours later on the dot thanks to my newly installed pain alarm clock. It hurts soooo good. Its a ten for sure but the funny thing is it doesn't bother me as much as pre surgery pain

I think soon it won't hurt near as much. The body's in shock at first and then starts rapidly to heal.

Well I can't get a hold of my doctor I cannot remember if I'm just supposed to straighten arm out of brace or do pendulum swing I left message yesterday asking about that and if it was ok to take anti inflammatory when they finally called back there was only an answer that I could take ibu nothing about pendulum swing so they said they would relay the message again and someone would call back no one did. I called this morning was put on hold then call disconnected. Before surgery they said how if I didn't do this or that right my shoulder will heal locked yet I can't get an answer on what's right

It bugs me more when medical professionals get the ssdd attitude then anyone else. I understand this is all ssdd for them but this is new painful and scary for me. I don't want to assume I'm right I want to make surre.I can't afford to assume dang it
