Having my sleepy son come into our room during a thunderstorm and crawling up between my wife and I, then hearing his long sigh of relief as he drops into sleep because he knows mom and dad won't let anything happen to him.

Ooooh, that's a good one. I *love* that feeling, too.Changing the sheets on my bed and taking a shower and shaving my legs. The feel of sliding into fresh sheets with clean shaven legs is great.

made me misty--my LilMan says that all the time. He's 8, so I know that will change soon. I'm enjoying it so very much right now, though.Having a little boy look at you and telling you that you are his best friend.

You too Sig. Have a good one.
My son was about 4/5 years old and was coloring. The TV was on. The Toys R Us commercial came on, "I don't want to grow up I'm a Toys R Us kid..." I heard my son say to himself, "I don't want to grow up. Momma and Poppa take care of me real good." That was awesome.
Peace.
Have a great weekend, Sir.
I sorta agree - except for me, this isn't a "little" thing. Driving through the mountains fast and zippy in the Little Red Beast is one of my go-to great feelings.

I am just watching Zombieland on TV (I recorded it) and that is one of his rules (Enjoy the little things) - rule # 32 I think.
