....sadly Cat and her hubby are withdrawing from the list....life has interfered again, and I wish them nothing but positive thoughts and blessed vibes....she is a beautiful spirit and Tracy and I were looking forward to meeting them personally....that leaves me with a head count of approx. 12......anyone else that's going, please let me know....not to sound like the old grouch that I am, but I'm trying to get a firm head count because of how much I'm on the string for due to The Stanley tour......normally it would just be my gift to all those attending, but with medical bills heaping up-I can't take that big of a hit individually....I hope everyone understands, and realizes I'm not being a skinflint.....

...yes'm....that will cover your part...but I need at least 20 folks to come to cover the entire cost.....it is rather dear.....if it wasn't the main event-I would have told them to shove it....
With this much advance notice, would they be willing to reduce the number reserved so you aren't paying for as many up front?

I'll let you know as soon as i can. I know definitely that i'll be in Fort Collins, Colorado this summer which is just a short drive away from estes park. The dates are still a bit uncertain though. Decisions will probably be made in latter part of May. It might be that i arrive about first of August which would be too late but it is also possible that i can manage to come a bit earlier in which case i could join you. Keeping fingers crossed!!
Scott, you have done so much for this event and for the SK community, I will gladly cover any shortfall for the Stanley tour. I know you'll be polite and try to decline my offer, but you've given so much here and I feel like I've done so little, and it's not at all a problem for me to kick in some extra dough. Besides, touring the Stanley has been a dream for all of us for so long, I'm not going to let a few bucks get in the way at this point!

The tour price is what it is no matter how many people are going.
