There was definitely an important reason I took this photo of the tops of our heads and that stuff on the walls, but I don't remember what it was. The ghosts made me do it. Clearly, that's what happened.

I am about to go to sleep but something caught my eye and just as I saw this photo, music started to play softly. Sammy, my little poodle mutt resonated through eye contact "mom, this is absurd! where is that coming from?" I checked my phone and my headphones were attatched- not to my head of course! Why the song came on I have no idea. This kind of thing happens all the time. I like to share these coincidences in a forum where someone might believe me.
I WAS NOT LISTENING TO MUSIC AT ALL!! Not yelling in capital letters.

Yes I speak Swedish but Juho not, so I have to learn you Finnish instead. But of course I can learn you Swedish if you want to. :wink2:

Yes why not, but I am sure that he will learn English during our trip and I translate if he not understand. ;)

If Juho wants to learn some basic English in a short time, try Memrise. It's free, and the courses are very accessible and effective learning tools (up to CEFR level A2 for most languages, though I think there are B- and C-level courses available for English).
GNTLGNT - you could use it to learn quick, basic Swedish too.

Duolingo might be worth a try, too. Again, it's free, though I'm not sure how accessible it'd be for Finnish speakers (or Swedish ones for that matter).

I am jumping in here in a very tardy manner to post my pictures from the Kon. I believe
imgur plays nice with the boards.

Immediately after the Kon came gishwhes (the Greatest Internet Scavenger Hunt the World Has Ever Seen) which was a week, then led into birthdays at my house.

The reason I mention it is that for gishwhes I had to learn how to use a few things I wasn't familiar with, like imgur and Twitter. I've been reticent to post photos here, but now I think I can do it pretty easily. Yay!

This was while we were waiting to start the tour at the Stanley.

Great pic of everyone. GNTLGNT you take a commanding presence in a pic don't you :) You're a big one:heheh:
Your lovely wife's smile gives it light :)

You are a very lucky lady. I think you have a spirit guardian. What else happens?

This is the one picture I got in the whole hotel that has any kind of activity folks look for in places like this. This is the corner of the old tunnel system under The Stanley the tour guide called the vortex. Tracy and I told Scott they were only following him because he invited them to. (There are at least nine orbs in this one that I count...)

I'm still waiting for Scott to try to post the recordings he got! It's way cool to hear voices in rooms where he was completely alone recording...

The science orb in my cranium forced me to post this:
Orbs: The Ghost in the Camera

There are many other sites that explain the simple scientific reasoning behind photo orbs.
