Yeah, about that....
It's back to the drawing board.
One step forward, two steps back.
I've deliberately slowed right back down to a snail's pace now. I need to, or I'm just going to explode from stress. I don't want it to be a chore, so I'm not going to rush myself.
That said, I can confirm Woody's Grindhouse has two more productions on the way slated for release next year, one directed by me (set in the Merrickverse, as I now call it
), the other by a friend (not set in the Merrickverse, but based on another idea of mine.)
I can't speak for my friend, but I think I'm gonna try and crowdfund myself some money (costumes, blood, music, etc).

I could maybe get away with what I've got, but I'm not too happy with the ending, so what was the conclusion is gonna actually be followed by a lengthy epilogue-final confrontation type thing, with chess, intrigue, and Ingmar Bergman references, which will (hopefully) neatly wrap up the story.
So, I'd better get writing. This is gonna take up more time, but, for once, this is gonna help the movie.

I might have to make that my main machine, but the problem is that a lot of my footage only exists on the dodgy computer.
No, I mean is the footage currently being stored on a laptop?
I don't have the space. It is spread between my camera, some USBs, and my desktop.
