I'll take them all, thank you - including the Clamato Mary. Can do that!

But not the Poutine. That looks hideous. Can't imagine.

Tell ya what though, I had the most amazing smoked salmon in Nova Scotia. From a small roadside place. Ate it like candy on crackers in the car.

And I despise Salmon.

That's what I thought too. And then I tried it. Must be made properly though, with real home made fries, and cheese curds. (Mixing with mozzarella is OK, but should just substitute.) we also often put beef on it.

A proper tourtière has at least three meats. Most often beef, pork, and chicken. But my mom used rabbit as well. And I have substituted turkey for the chicken.

These are beef, I think.

They make them with pork here, Christmas holidays, mainly the Catholics but those unaffiliated can partake. I can't pronounce the word. Said to the wife last night when it come to me, took-yah. I forget what she said, but we weren't on the same page. Oh, yeah...took me long enough? She'd gone out for a walk. Uncle Bonehead had stopped to pick up a key. I'm with the cartel. No! I say...lost my train for a moment...then, those pot pies? pork pies? And she said the word. She's part French, has a leg up on me. ummm.

Can't believe ya'll don't eat butter tarts. Which reminds me, I have a recipe for butter tart bars that I need to make.

sounds great! I'll p-m my address. Love prune tarts. Probably unrelated, hey? We know a lady can put five or six sticks of butter into her prune tart recipe.

Who's going to win the Cup?
