Yes please - will try it all. Nanaimo looks divine. I don't like the word curds (rhymes with t****), but I imagine they taste like queso fresco - which I love. All cheese is good, but can we get a new word?
Road trip through Nova Scotia. Circled it. Took me awhile to realize that they weren't drawing deer crossing signs wrong. 'twas an elk.

Cheese curds are good. We called them squeeky cheese because they squeek on your teeth when you bite them.
Oh gods. Could this get worse sounding? Like the curds or crying in pain or something.
I've never in my life have seen this. And I have been around. Maybe it was a defense mechanism.

Yes, we do have some here. Originally they were the drive in style, then switched to indoor sit-down.

We used to have them in New England, too. There may still be some out there but I haven't seen one (in Maine, at least) for quite some time.
