I haven't read this whole thread, did anyone like anchovies? I do
I haven't had anchovies on my pizza, but I do like them as antipasto - my boss hosts a Feast of the Seven Fishes for the staff Christmas dinner and I've discovered those little fishes are delicious - with a sliced of roasted red pepper and fresh mozzarella - I'm sure they are great on pizza.

I was at Little Caesar's yesterday and they have a new pretzel crust pizza with cheddar cheese sauce. I think we'll try that one next weekend. I love pretzel buns, why not pretzel crust?

I think my big cheese thing finally got me when I flew to Dallas.

I was forced to hold a big old stinky log of cheese on the plane. They whole way..
His family made me take it. It was the most stinky cheese ever. I had to walk all around with it. And hold it like a baby, this log was almost bigger than me.

Usually what's on my pizza is all the stuff my doctor says I shouldn't eat.

Chicken (or, occasionally, tandoori chicken), meatballs or spicy beef, onion (preferably red), and either mixed peppers (red, yellow, green) or mushrooms. Very occasionally, jalapenos (I've developed a bit of a stomach problem over the last 10 years or so - my 100% is probably healthy folks' 80% and I have to keep a food diary. Even then I'm ill as often as not now, all of which means that hot or spicy stuff is only for the very best days - and it's a trade, because I know there'll be a price to pay). And fer Gawd's sake go easy on the cheese.
I like cheese. Scratch that, I love cheese. But melted cheese? No bloody way. There's just something about the way it stretches...and how it gets chewy as it cools. Might as well eat congealing snot.

On my pizza? As much as possible, since I don't eat the bread. LOL! Pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms are my favorite. Sometimes pineapple and ham, sometimes bacon. And Banana peppers! Always!
