Things I have learned since being home on medical leave 1) Daytime television leaves a lot to be desired. 2) Price is Right can be addictive 3) It's good to take a nap when I need it. 4) Popsicles are awesome! That is all for now.

Daytime television leaves a lot to be desired.

For sure. When I was out recouping, I had to turn it right off at certain times - after I learned the hard way.

News, GMA (the first half) OFF.
Back on at 11. (kill me, and don't do it - The View for about 15 minutes) ack! OFF
Back on at 1. The Chew. ok. ? I guess.
Off until 5 again for news.

Being a shut-in, I know the daytime schedule pretty well. I enjoy The People's Court but it's in re-runs right now so I found M*A*S*H and Drew Carey and Supernatural as alternates. It sure beats the old days of wall-to-wall soap operas.

They haven't used the name Flesh in some time. My guess is Cerulean. Crayola is a local company. My brother left Crayola last year, so I get no inside information anymore and no cool products to test out. Two of my grandkids and some nieces have appeared on Crayola packaging. And my daughter in college is applying to intern there this summer.

My youngest told me this morning that it was dandelion. I wonder what Crayola will replace it with. I think the browns are sadly underrepresented. They could develop one and call it ‘Montezuma’s Revenge.’
