This reminds me of my "Jake", though he is a tabby... he has been known (more than once) to grab a whole steak from the bench--we usually catch up with him somewhere near the lounge, he's fast. :glare:
When my dog Joe was a pup I was once frying bacon, which when it was ready I put on a plate with a fork on a chair in living room, then went back to the kitchen for something. I heard the tinkling of cutlery, so quickly returned to the living room where I noted Joe walking away with a strip of crisp bacon sticking out of his mouth like a cigar. I said, "No! You put that back right now!". He stopped, turned around and put the bacon back on the plate. =D

Regrets? On, maybe loggin on Friday night in my cups, so to speak, and leaving about a million long winded ramblin posts.

But hey, I'm a nice drunk. That's something.
No, sir, that will not do. 'Tis undignified, quite unbecoming of a gentleman. Nay, further, it doth confound our noble moderators and increases the weight of their burden. I shall take a vow of temperance, and hence forth log on as a dry teetotaller.

Till the next time I get schnockered. Derf.
I've had someone in my life that would get the 'talks' when he was drunk... it was something that I couldn't get away from, he would stay happy (and safe) so long as I sat and listened.
