I really like Boys of Summer, and somewhat Dirty Laundry. But I love this...

I like Get Over It, by the Eagles, and I love his song, For My Wedding.
Not crazy about the video (lol), but I love the lyrics. From the second verse, this is the most realistic wedding song I've heard.
For my wedding, I will dress in black
And never again will I look back
Ah, my dark angels we must part
For I've made a sanctuary of my heart

To want what I have
To take what I'm given with grace
For this I pray
On my wedding day

For my wedding, I don't want violins
Or sentimental songs about thick and thin
I want a moment of silence and a moment of prayer
For the love we'll need to make it in the world out there

To want what I have
To take what I'm given with grace
For this I pray
On my wedding day
On my wedding day

I dream, and my dreams are all glory and light
That's what I've wanted for my life
And if it hasn't always been that way
Well, I can dream and I can pray
On my wedding day

So what makes us any different from all the others
Who have tried and failed before us
Maybe nothing, maybe nothing at all
But I pray we're the lucky ones; I pray we never fall

To want what we have
To take what we're given with grace
For these things I pray
On my wedding day
On my wedding day

I feel so out of place... I love so many of these hated bands! But then, I have a rather bizarre taste in music, and like a lot of weird stuff. Everything from opera to country...my husband is constantly giving me the "WTH???" look.

Still, there are some that make my list. Hate, hate, hate Elvis. Frank Sinatra. (I prefer Dean Martin) Not a fan of Journey.

But mostly, I hate all this popular crap on the radio these days. I don't even know who the popular artists are anymore, I just know they all sound like sh**.

Kirk Hammett is the lead guitarist for Metallica. They were the first real metal band to play at the Grammys, and their nominated song was called One. He's a pretty shy guy, and he was visibly shaking for the first part of the song. and then they lost to Jethro Tull and their tooty fluting. I was disgusted.
I'm not a heavy metal fan, so maybe I wouldn't like the Tull. =D
