I have always wanted a DT name. Unfortunately I only like Jake, which is way to popular, and Alain, which hubby hates.

Maybe I'll go with Oy.
Just don't name him something that will guarantee the sh*t being kicked out of him at school, like Taco Goodgrips, or Weasel Turnipplates, or Slut Von Walla. And if you name him South West, I will personally come kick *your* post-pregnancy ass all the way from L.A. to San Francisco and back.

...seriously?...you had to take a dump on my wife's suggestion?.....you may not have intended it that way, but it's what I got out of it...

Sorry, sir. We can all have our civil differences. I meant nothing more than that. I would not want to dump on your, or anyone else's, wife, or your wife's husband, or any other relation of anyone else.

On another note, Clive Barker came to mind. I like the name for him because he looks like a Clive, whatever that means, and Clive has that "K" sound going.

Have you ever read Freakonomics? It's a book about different and strange economic phenomena. One section talks about how children's names affect everyone's perception of them. The children, in turn, form their personalities from the way they are treated by others. Apparently, a name can either make you or break you. It's actually pretty interesting. If you haven't read it, Shasta, you might want to take a look.

I have, actually, but it's been a while. I should refresh.
