No fancy with the BLT here..

Has to be bacon almost to the point of burn. Yes crisp.

White bread toasted. Iceberg lettuce. A good tomato, or leave it out.

Hellmann's Mayonnaise. Don't even think I am gonna look at Kraft Mayo mess.

Say sorry, I got myself all worked up about a BLT. Well, now - You all know what to bring as a hostess gift when you come over , Tet...

Just say no to soy, Neesy! No soy bacon ever. Just eat tofu sometimes. I like tofu in Hot & Sour soup.

Always & only Hellmann's.
You are too young (still), but I have been reading that after you get up in years the more soy you eat the better it is, as it acts sort of like a phytoestrogen. Flax seed is another food that is good for that.

Drink lots of water for hydration. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.

I found some Black Cohosh capsules in the cupboard too, which I started taking again.

I stopped taking the Premarin tablets which are made out of pregnant mare's urine - eww.

Shoves ball gag in Neesy's mouth. Stop with that, you are making me hope for an early death if I have to live like that. LMAO

I like bacon 'crisp', yeah, but not charred to a crumbly husk. Blech. There is a fine middle-ground between chewy and crisp that I strive for in my bacon frying endeavors.

Can't wait for garden tomatoes, thus, the BLTs. Store-bought won't cut it.

That's my two cents on the whole 'bacon sandwich' question. Now I'm hungry.
