Weeks ago, one of our indoor cats got out and hasn't been seen since. But on the way home from the store just now, this feline dashed across the street. Tall Guy slammed on the brakes and I got out. I can't be sure if this is our cat, but it certainly is a suspiciously Mooshka-like feline.

If it's not Mooshka, that's one friendly animal.

Just was telling Scott about the lemonade stand idea. He said Beer! (Not really, we wouldn't encourage drinking and driving) but that got us talking about beer prices at these kinds of things. Muskie said they were $10 at the Rolling Stones concert, they were $6 (last year $7) at Frontier Days, and last year at Sturgis, $11. $11 a beer! Lemonade should go for what, $4 or $5 a pop, yes? ;)

Most excellent idea, about Pat coming with his hot dogs!!

I know what you mean about the beer prices at events such as that, CAT. Last time we went to Fenway it was like that. I was amazed at the folks who were bringing back two cups of beer to their seats. About 20 bucks worth and most of it spilled before sitting down...LOL

I don't know how they do it at Sturgis, if it is served in cups or aluminum bottles or what. At Frontier Days it is aluminum bottles. So a little more bang for your buck than a plastic cup, but still over priced!

We have never been there, have driven through but never during the rally. It is hard to imagine just where everyone goes it is such a tiny little town. I think it would be fun to see once, but once would probably do it for me. The Buffalo Chip always has great concerts, but I think they get pretty rowdy.

I do like to see all the bikes, there are so many fancy schmancy ones. Scott would love one but they scare me. My uncle, bikes were his life. He made his living working on them. He lost his leg in an accident when I was little, and had a custom made Harley so he could still ride. His license plate was "Peg Leg" :D But the next accident killed him. So I am scared to death of Scott ever getting one.

But, stuff like that can happen just as quickly in a car. You just never know.

Been a tough day for me today, I lost many great co workers when my job ended. But we promised to stay in touch even if
we aren't co workers anymore. Funny how co workers can become friends. But when you work with same people from day to
day in 5 years they became close. But now I get new co workers and a brand new job so nothing to complain about. We just
cleaned the whole gas station and then closed the doors and thanked each other for these years. One of my co workers she
had worked 29 years in the gas station and now she'll retire. We had bought flowers to her and started all to cry almost when we
gave it to her. So yes been a tough day. But now with the new challenges. This story ended here, so a new one can begin.

This weekend will be a good one too. With the birthday celebration and everything. I hope I get some rest too. Maybe on
Sunday after the celebration.

Sunny and partly cloudy today around 19C warm.

Have a good day!! Take care of you and stay safe!!

Love and poodles to all. Goin campin with some family tonight--fool headed niece is heading back to Death Valley, where she and her Peter Parker lookalike boyfriend have jobs at some park. I dunno, I think she's joined some neo-Manson Family cult or something. But it's a big send off ceremony ritual bruhaha, and I expect it'll be beer for breakfast tomorrow. Ah, summertime summertime summertime summertime...and livin's easy.
