Another busy day in store for me. Need to grocery shop, which is always fun with a toddler!
Some picking up to do first, though. 75 pages left in The Fireman, so want to finish that during RJ's nap!

I only tried making potato salad once, like my mom makes it. No one in Scott's family would eat it! They don't use vinegar, just lots and lots and lots of mustard. I thought it (mine, with vinegar) was delicious. So I was glad to see someone (can't remember who) here said they used vinegar in theirs, too. I still haven't left. On my way out the door now!

I make mine with mayonnaise, hard boiled eggs [chopped up], green onion, finely minced celery and garlic powder - you have to sprinkle paprika all over the top of it until the whole surface turns a nice red colour (for garnish!)If you do not like it put it into some tupperware for me. Will have a look tomorrow in the Cantina fridge.
