Well, this is interesting. Turns out I sleep-eat. Some people sleepwalk when taking sleep medication. I sleep-eat. I found evidence that I ate a cheese sandwich, yogurt, and cinnamon toast sometime between the hours of midnight and 4am last night. This morning. Whatever.
Yup. I'll be seeing my doctor to switch that up. I can't risk eating too much and damaging my gastric bypass belly. Or the wrong thing (still diabetic, here). It's just not safe.

'Taters are potatoes, but usually the T in BLT stands for tomato, but taters could happen. I put French fries, or hash browns on my burgers. I'm a vegetarian, so when I order fast food burgers I ask them not to put a meat thing on it.
I have also been known to make mashed potatoes on buttered bread sandwiches, and potato salad with mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion (sometimes cheese) sandwiches. These sandwiches with potatoes on, are partially responsible for my fluffy figure.
