Happy Thursday!!

Been a busy week with work and life. I finally got some time to sit down and log in here on MB.

We had a great trip last weekend. It was Juho's uncle we visited and we had so fun staying at his house over the weekend. On Saturday we visited our capital Helsinki (Juho's uncle lives 30min drive from
our capital) and on the evening we watched TV and spend time together. On Sunday we drove back home.

Pictures I took. We was only few hours in Helsinki so I didn't got any time to take pictures from there.

Winter came beginning of this week, snowed a lot. But for tomorrow forecast says rain and all snow melt away, nice. I really hate winter. Either it snows so we drown in it and supercold or then it
rain...

Kat got her first report card today! She got S's. One thing that cracked me up was that the teacher said they couldn't play without including her! That is the same thing she does with Kaden! He can't play any game without her wanting to joing.

She used to love going to school, but since she got sick, and was out except for 1 day. she doesn't want to go any more.

Maybe a little talk with her, explain that the coming days/ weeks are going to be filled with magic. All the preparing for Thanksgiving and Santa. Have you thought to mention this to her teacher? Maybe she could have the children "draw" some pictures and you could get them and 'show" Kat how much she is missed. Kat just might be fearful and associate school and getting sick.

I love the snow, the more the better and super cold too. But, I have a small fanclub when it comes to my love of winter...

Hi Alexandra M, I'm part of that small fanclub. Go out on an ice cold, blustery day and you pretty well have the whole world to yourself. All the best, mal.

She always comes home so excited about what they did that day.
She brought home a picture of a turkey that they used tissue paper for the feathers today. All kinds of colors on it. We have run out of room to put her stuff on the fridge, now we are using one of the walls in the kitchen.
We think she will get out of this soon. We hope any way.

Yeah another member Yes, I know exactly what you mean. There is little to no snow in this part of B.C. and when one of my
friends takes me up a mountain in winter to see lots of snow it is just great. I just sit in a snowbank for awhile. Looking around at
all the beauty and the serenity of the scene, well, there is no better feeling than that. At least for me it is the best.

Sending tons of hugs to all Tet-Mates who need them. Cat, may everything go smoothly and you can relax again. Sunny, sink repairs are the pits. May it be fixed soon with minimal $$! Flake, sending big hugs to you. I had to take my dog to the vet yesterday. He had a big cloudy spot in his eye with blood vessels running through it. It looked so horrible to me, I was terrified of what the vet would say. It turns out to be just an eye ulcer. The vet loaded us up on every med she could think( and then some) of and he's going to be fine. Wishing you all a fantastic, calm and peaceful day.

I had to have my eldest cat CJ put to sleep at the vets on Wednesday - he was not doing very well lately - vet says it was renal failure - he passed peacefully without any pain.
