Re: the planking. I'm still doing this most nights. I only got so far in the challenge, then it just seemed insane. So I just plank for as long as I can each night before sleep now. I average 60 sec. The longest I've ever gone is a 90 sec plank. (Felt like the whole house was shaking.)
