I've heard it said that the parents have been putting all proceeds into college funds for those girls. At least there's one positive thing there.....

I'm assuming that a restraining order of some kind would be required before anyone could prevent the guy from being closer than a certain distance to those kids (or any others, for that matter), and that obviously there isn't one in place; meaning that in this case before anyone can do anything to protect the children the guy has to break a specific law against children again.

As for the mom, I kind of wish Siggy would weigh in here since she has expertise in the study of aberrant human behavior.

The judge needs to put a supervision order on this family. Mom is too friggin foolish to be trusted with kids.
