Yes I know, but but butMatt Dillon's character died in the final episode of season 1.
It looked like Jason Patric in the commercial I saw. I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.No Matt Dillon???????

It's wayward pines! they have to bring him back to life.

Do y'all think that was Sheriff Burke in the very last scene? I couldn't decide if it was him or someone else since more than three years had passed.
I'd have to look again because I don't remember anyone looking like Burke at the end. I don't think there is any coming back in Wayward Pines when you die (at least that was the way the book was).
The dude hanging from the gallows in the last scene looked a bit like Burke. I may have missed something, why do you think Burke died?
He detonated the bomb in the elevator shaft. I guess it's possible he got out of that before the explosion but I'm not sure how he would have got out.
ohmygosh! I can't believe I forgot about that. And I just watched that episode last night lol.

I thought thatthey froze him......or was that just his son?
Ah......that makes sense. That was just his son. His son was injured and unconscious when Ethan set off the bomb. So Ben was frozen without realizing it and woke up in the future. I'm pretty sure that Ethan is gone unless he got out of the elevator shaft somehow before the bomb went off.
I need to catch up. I had good intentions, but somewhere along the way, I saw a squirrel, forgot about Wayward PinesI'm still watching season 2. It's not nearly as good as season 1 but it's keeping me interested. It's funny how
they are killing off every character from season 1

I've only watched the first episode. It just didn't interest me like the first season did, and that squirrel I went chasing had more energy than I thought.I really like the Jason Patric character. I wasn't so crazy about that character the first couple of episodes, but I've changed my opinion as the season has progressed.
