1. What's cool about where you live? I think it's the people more than anything. We're in a urban setting here but all around the city are small towns like where I live. I've been to a lot of other places and, other than Texas, never really met friendlier people than I've met in Arkansas. Go Texas.

9. When's the last time you literally laughed out loud? A friend of mine at the police department texted me to see how I've been today by telling me he'd told my mother hello as she left his place this morning....he's a class act...lol

10. Who is your favorite all time female and male actor? Male, probably Robert De Niro. Female, Kate Beckinsale....I don't think I need to describe my reasons for choosing her.

When did you screw everything up, but no one found out it was you? Sent officers to the wrong Wal-Mart one time for a fight and it got blamed on a computer geo-verify glitch....I didn't argue with the decision....just a verbal argument but not getting the correct business was a big no no..

Still have it, it was one of the treasures my dad found at my grandparent's house after they had both passed. Have it sitting in my library now.


2. Do you tell friends you love them or only close relatives?
Family and friends

3. What was the last reason you went to the ER?
Last time I was at the ER was the night of Scott's surgery, last November. I had stepped outside after they locked the main doors and had to go around to the ER and be buzzed back in, after I proved to them why I was there. Last emergency related reason was when my oldest son's gallbladder went kaput, so about a year and a half ago.

4. Have you ever been in a physical fight? Why?
Probably when I was little with a sibling.

5. Do you have any interest in the upcoming solar eclipse?
I am interested because it is a rare thing. We are not in the total eclipse path, but not far outside. We will get about 97% totality here. (Is that correct? Totality? ) Anyway, I am personally interested and glad we will have out of towners here, good for our local economy. There is a big to-do going on downtown for that day. But we are hosting the National High School Rodeo Finals right now, bikers will be everywhere very shortly for the Sturgis bike rally, and then the eclipse. I will be ready for all the extra people to be gone by then, I'm sure. (I don't mean for this to sound awful. I know it does. I just like quiet.)

Yeppers, always more.

7. Have you seen any snakes this year?
Nope.

8. How often do you change your sheets?
Weekly, usually.

9. What is your most valuable possession or collectible?
I have an antique secretary that my Grandma passed to me. And my signed, limited 11/22/63. I won it in a drawing.

10. What is a subject you want to learn more about?
No one thing comes to mind. I think I'm a naturally curious person, if something interests me I enjoy learning more.

1. What's cool about where you live?
Coal mines. We provide (or used to) 40% of the country's coal. Probably not that high of a number any more. Not a popular position to take but I still think it is cool and am proud of it. Have the Bighorn Mountains close on one side and Devil's Tower and the Black Hills close on the other side.


2. Favorite beverage in the summer? What about in winter.
I drink water and iced tea most of the time. Have to have coffee first thing, no matter the season.


3. What do you like on your baked potato?
I like them with just butter or with everything. I like potatoes.

What's cool about where you live?-Cambridge Glass, Salt Fork State Park, our Christmas Courthouse Light Display and the Dicken's Village during the holidays.....also we have the Living Word Outdoor Drama....a Christian passion play that's performed weekends during the Summer on a permanent set in a natural amphitheater....

2. Favorite beverage in the summer? What about in winter.-Sweet Tea, Coffee...and Bourbon, Scotch, Vodka or Gin is for all seasons, as well as a frosty brew
