And I'm wondering if they are getting ready to introduce
religion, old time revivals to the storyline. With Anthony Hopkins going into the desert to look at the church spire. And we know how off kilter the crazy train of religion can get. A robot shaman will lead them all? Will start the uprising?

Just my own mind musings.

I looked for this one tonight but did not see it listed on my TV - is it always on Sunday nights (anyone know?)

Last night's episode was just building on what we know so far.

Any insights from anyone?
Yeah lots of brick laying in this episode. A bit too plodding at times....

Could Harris be the 'dead' partner? Mayhap the accident is about him transferring his consciousness into the gunslinger host....

Dolores has gone from crushing flies to pulling triggers.

Surprised how much Anthony Hopkins we are getting.

I've started to think they're almost trying to do too much in this series. Anthony Hopkins and Ed Harris are brilliant in their roles as usual, but I keep finding myself reversing the DVR to clarify what's going on several times throughout the episodes. This could be due to the fact that I'm not real bright to begin with, but I'm usually able to keep up with the plot of TV series with the few remaining brain cells I have. I've decided to pass on the rest of it. A good idea but overall it seems cluttered.

I don't think so. If you remember, when James Brolin gets shot, that's when the robots were going insane all over the park. Maintenance people were fleeing, (guy in golf cart in desert who tells Richard Benjamin to run) -- and the scientists were trapped in their labs, smothering. By the time anyone would have thought to grab James Brolin and transfer his consciousness, his brain would have been mush. Dead too long.

It seems they are taking the same direction as the original movie. Which of course only makes sense. It seems as though they are more completely addressing how it all happened. I think that is due to the improvement in special effects that make a more complete telling possible, more adult formats to show the reality of what patrons would actually do while there and improved knowledge and understanding of AI and how it is actually unfolding.

I'm seriously thinking of getting HBO just for this and Divorce. Is it worth my $17.99 per month? Ogre called DTV to see if they had a freebie offer, but no, none for us right now.

There must have been a free weekend happening and I caught the first episode of Divorce. I want to watch it.
I find a lot of good things on HBO, but, it comes and goes.Sometimes many things I want to watch, sometimes, not so much. But, I hang onto it.
