Anyone happen to have an extra copy of Power Pack issue 1? Issue 1 is a pain in the butt to track down

Okay, did some digging, came up with PPs #2-6, 9, 11-18. But I only made it through about a third of the load, and I tell ya, the rest are down there. Trouble is, everything is out of order and mixed up. And there’s so damn much to flip through. Not that I don’t freaking love it, but the place closes at seven...

Anyhoo, I really dig what I’ve read so far. Ol ‘Weezy’ Simonson spins a fine script, and June Brigman’s art is consistently killer (except for that nifty fill-in issue from my boy Brent Anderson from Astro City). I can see why this was such a hot book back in the day. Feels kinda like an eighties Spielberg flick happening in the Marvel Universe.

I wouldn’t have been caught dead reading this back in ‘84. A team of Super-kids? Bleh, that’s for babies.

Let’s just hope I find TWO copies of #1, heh heh.

Since yesterday i started reading David Drake's 2nd book of his Lord of the Isles series.

Well, Power Pack was pretty popular back then right along with Alpha Flight. Along with Groo and Conan the Barbarian.

Back then I was hooked into Power Pack, Alpha Flight, Conan, and Elfquest. Even Mad Magazine back in the day when I was a little kid during 1983 to 1985.

I woke up at five am this morning and started reading The Little Sisters of Eluria which I've read before but am reading again seeing I'm going to read all the Dark Tower series again over the next three months( some on audio). I like the word 'tintinnabulation' he uses in it, I had to look that one up.
