Sending some calming and healing vibes your way/ and guidance to completion of the task.

Ok. Resolved the immediate fear. Nothing was cancelled and everything seems to be OK.

Seems someone may have been trying to scam my Mom. She is making calls to legit company reps tomorrow. We'll see how this turns out......

couple two three weeks ago had the truck bed loaded with construction debris. couldn't make it to the waste transfer station that day but figured to head out early saturday morning. get home, turn in the street, back in toward my spot, corner of the front porch and front garage wall...push the button on the wheel to get rid of that irritating beep! beep! beep! noise, backing up like i usually do, have to cut it close to the porch wall, get as close as i can to the garage wall...and kee-runch!
foot on the brake, what! was! that!...i sit there, idling, running through possibilities and then it hits me...2x8 extending back past the tailgate. hit the garage wall and the 2x8 pushed through my back truck window.

next day i go to the waste station, unload the debris, weigh back in, pay the fee, stop at an auto-glass place on the way down the hill. don't recall the exact price, over a thousand bucks, they can't just replace one section of three glass...they need to replace the whole shootin' match as it is one, contained unit, power-slide back window, rear defrost. $250 deductible on the insurance. live and learn. or in my case...live and learn again after so many years...that ole anderson's disease, i figure, the one that makes you forget? yeah. that one. ;)
Wow Walt - my burnt pot does not seem so bad after all! (Good thing it was not one of those expensive "cheffie" type pots!

I'm suffering hormones I think. I can't get cool. This morning it was 72 in the house, and I was hot from the inside out. I put my entire head in the freezer and didn't feel a bit cooler.

I cry all the damn time. I cried today because my son wants to go fishing with someone else and their dad. When did he quit wanting to go fishing with Ogre? I cried because Ogre had to go out to dinner with co-workers and didn't get home until way late. And I was mad and ugly to him. And I cried about that.

I'm stupid too. Cut the grass, got in the shower: no soap, no washcloth. Got out of shower to get washcloth and soap, got water every where. Forgot to get soap again. Just used shampoo to wash. Who cares. It smells good.

Came back downstairs and cried again because I used so many pots and pans making dinner and now I don't want to clean the kitchen.

Oh! Cooking dinner, I decided to make brownies. Put oil in pan but forgot to spread it around before I put the brownie goo in. We'll see how that goes. Probably 1/2 fried chocolate goo, 1/2 stuck to pan. I'll eat it anyway.

Work was good. Very productive. I love work. It was the only good thing today.

Oh! One more. I've been searching the webs high and low for a part the I just knew was missing from my vacuum cleaner. I thought it sounded funny and wasn't working properly. Turns out I'm just wrong in how I remember the vacuum cleaner sounding. Worked fine for my son tonight. No wonder there was no part to go where I thought a part was missing.

Oh Discordia!

Yo guys, check it out: I'm a pirate now!

Actually, this is my new assistant at the office. His name is Charlie. Charlie has a very pleasant demeanour and is willing to work for minimum wage. What more could one ask for in an assistant?
That's one handsome devil! and the bird isn't too bad either!:belial:

We went shopping yesterday and were trying on dresses. She tried on this one dress and she looked so beautiful and knew she wouldn't buy it so I bought it for her. She is so happy.
How are you doing GNT and Danie how is school.Mom said school is back in where you live.Who is the one that told her
about eBay? She found postcards on the U.K. site. The mailman needs a truck to bring the parcels. Better get off here
before your moderator gives me the heave ho :) Take care everyone and God bless each and every one of you. You are wonderful

Behind you
I'm feel bad for you but so glad you can commiserate. Now, what about the crying and the stupids? Do you get those too? I'm going to have to go back on my crazy meds.

:too_sad:
:ops:

Hormones are horrible. It's not you, it is those damn things.
Lord knows at one time, I was injecting myself with 'em for a procedure. Had to.

I was a crazy person.

Breathe. Deep breath. Do what ever helps.
Does not have to be forever with med. Get you through.

You are so right. I forgot. Not forever. Dr. Feelgood says: If you need 'em, you need 'em.
Fargin' keys. I lose them all the time.

Yes, please: the merlot at room temp, the chardonnay chilled.

You did just read my post about dragging the gas station pump with me? I think that answers your question.
Oh, that's right. We've got hot flash brain. I thought about you after I pumped gas the other day. I did remember to put the pump back, but then I couldn't get my gas cap to stop spinning around. It wouldn't lock. I forgot to how to screw the cap on.
