Bought The World of Jeeves for about 7 dollars. It is a collection of all the Jeeves short stories. I have theseparate collections but the books are starting to get old and fragile so need a newer ex to read them in without doing any damage.

I started collecting the UK hardbacks of King's books about 10 years ago. As you can imagine, they are hard to find here in the US.Today I found a reading copy of finders keepers - paperback, well used, nice and loose, comfortable to hold. I will pass it back in when I read it. I also got a nice tidy hardback of song of Susannah with 10 full page glossy illustrations. Only problem is its making me want to try and collect the rest of the series in matching hardbacks.

Yeah I can imagine, unless you're willing to pay twice the price with shipping from eBay. I wouldn't bother with bazaar of bad dreams though, I sigh every time I look at mine thinking how good the American cover is.I started collecting the UK hardbacks of King's books about 10 years ago. What a cool find!!I played hooky on Monday and ran some errands. One of which brought me by the new 2nd & Charles store in my area. Found a nice copy of Thinner by Richard Bachman Book Club edition. Dust jacket is worn, but the book is in pretty good shape. They had it in their clearance bin and I'm wondering if whoever was sorting it didn't realize what they were sorting???

I remember those! Cool find! Better price too, eh?Not a book, but I found a vintage Corning ware percolator in perfect condition I love perked coffee (I've been using our camping pot since the last Mr. Coffee died--we kill at least one a year), so this made me very happy. This is a pic from eBay (and I'm very happy I paid $3, not $58, like the seller of this one is asking!)
