Except the sock wasn't his blood, and it wasn't wiped, it was like you layed a sock on a floor and put a dollop of blood on it and let it soak through, the top layer with the bigger splotch, then it got smaller on the next, then even smaller onto the carpet.
And I believe the prosecution thought they were presenting real evidence, but that was bogus evidence it's my opinion.
He wasn't framed for double homicide, but detective Furhman(sp?), a bad man, again my opinion, or whomever(s), was well on the way making it look like it, again again, that's just my opinion...and I gotta just reckon the jury's, evidencley.

Well my Sunday vacation's over, back to some busy beein', got stuff to build, stuff to do it with, and a feeble attempt to movietize it at least some if it to attempt...Spielberg no worries, I mean don't quit your day job just yet:rolleyes:
Oh yeah, and a litter box to clean...hey Spielberg, how you on scoopin's them poopin's:biggrin2:
I hear you pat,i forgot a lot of the details of the case,I only read one book about it,I think it was van atters',one of the lead detectives..a lot sounded like justification,or trying to explain what they did, after the fact.I think they would be right to check his house after discovering a bloody mess like that at her house,to make sure some nut wasn't after him and the family, but once they got into his estate and confirmed he wasn't there, they should have gotten a search warrant for the property based on the blood in and on his vehicle, and that he fled..the sock,I forgot, but wounds like those poor people suffered are gushers, and he may well have soaked it,and dropped it there as he changed..I just don't see a cop, even though he is admittedly a jerk, having the foresight or especially the motive to scoop up some of their blood, soak one of his socks and pin it on him,for chrissakes they had his footprints and blood from his cut leading away..

The signifcant amount of blood on the sock, in order for it to soak through in the uniformally roundish pattern they displayed, could not have just remained on his leg in a pristeen upright liquid state until he finally got home ran upstairs and whipped his socks off on the rug, least my arterial blood never has,...should have ran some that amount is what I'm sayin', and one would think it'd be smeared, but then he mighta been wearing shorts when he butchered them I suppose, and who knows that but him.
Yeah I''ve had a few gushers, and they sure can make a bloody mess of things, but if it ain't soaked through pretty quick it just gets thicker and thicker and won't, well, unless like I suggested, someone stepped or somehow sguished it on through the other side, kinda like squishin' water out of your deeelicious homemade farmers cheese through cheesecloth.
See here was the thing for me back then, and I'm not for sure what off the top of my head I did around that time, mighta been when I put the Christmas tree in my head, or maybe it was the plate glass dagger shard through my hand, I bled a lot back then, but whatever I did I had virtually a lab full of similar enough like examples, nothin' close...pretty sure it was the Christmas tree.
Holy smokes talk about a gusher, but ya know I hardly really felt anything, not really, a little mild hot stingy discomfort once the tree was outo_O), head wounds can be like that.
Once I got enough pressure on it for a while it mostly stopped bleeding (of course by then I took the tree out of my head, hmm, or was it more me off of it...yeah that's more it), then had to drive a couple hundred miles with this silver dollar sized hole in my head, and when it popped a clot (about every fifty miles), all the sudden before I knew what was goin' on half my face would get warn from it pumpin' out to my heart beat and running down my face and neck, talk about lookin' like a crime scene, half my truck looked like a medical waste bag a'sploded
The glass through hand trick (now that one stung a tad some more than I had thought it would at the time)
squirted a spray out like you put a little thumb over a little hose, that go go juice stuck some big drops that ran down everything like Mrs. Buttersworth.
Anyway, while certainly not a trained and state certified whatblood'lldo expert, I'm pretty familiar in a pretty personal way, seen, and cleaned, more than enough crime scene look-a-likes, waayyy more than enough of my own, buckets worth maybe:biggrin2:
Anyway anyway, I never seen, even up til today, blood act in the way they claimed:wink:..hey maybe tomorrow, I feel boo-boos comin' on:facepalm_smiley:

haha Pat,this is turning into the most interesting discussion of the week..needs its own properties of blood thread!
well, needless to say, arterial and venous blood can have different qualities and colorations depending on the distance it has traveled from the heart chambers, some arterial can be bright and frothy like, and some custardy..of course OJ's shoes and pants and other clothes weren't recovered,so we don't know what kind of soaking factors they may have played there either, but regardless, this is exactly what the defense wanted to do..to get people speculating, you know I had a blood wound once, and mine didn't do that! meanwhile,it was incontrovertible that his shoe prints and and droplets of his own blood were leading away from the scene..and let me tell you, that was a crime of rage, not some guy ripping them off for whatever was in their wallets..

Oh that was unbridled rage.
I watched that trial/circus like I was addicted to a soap opera, everyday, mostly sitting in a seedy bar, watched the low speed chase bartending a seedier one, so ya just know I heard from all manner of experts in all manner of the forensic sciences and arrest procedures:biggrin2:.
Actually a pretty with-it bunch of all manner of criminal and court room expertise from some of those crowds:eagerness:.

...I am going to attempt to get the note written to Mr. Koontz today....not sure how long that will take to be processed when it gets there, or if I'll have any luck-but I will persevere....his signed books don't go for near as much as our maestro, I just bought my second one for 30 dollars-but if we all get behind it again, when and if the time comes-we can make magic happen....hell, maybe we can get enough for Patrick to buy a treated 2 x 4 or summpin';......

Well I certainly hope Dean Koontz decides to do something. He owes us after all the mean stuff he posts about Stephen King on this website.
Just Joshing. ;;D I like to imagine Dean Koontz trolls on this website because the idea makes me laugh out loud. He is actually, I'm sure, a very nice man with a big heart. Thank you Scott for contacting him. God Bless.
