It's all this modern rubbish they play as well. I wouldn't mind if it was Zeppelin or something.I hate how all the grocery stores play the background music a little too loud
Idk, I hate hearing Journey or Phil Collins playing at a way too loud volume in stores, and especially at my dentists office where it’s all they play. Depends on how you define “Modern Rubbish” I guess, I’m sure someone called Led Zeppelin that at a pointIt's all this modern rubbish they play as well. If you like Christmas rock songs, check out 'Run With the Fox' by Chris Squire and Alan White of YES fame.I'm not much of a Christmas album listener but that Jethro Tull Christmas album is really good. I've streamed it a few times around Christmas the past couple of years. It sounds a bit like 70s Tull.
I'm talking about hip-hop and modern pop, crap. I always thought the establishment liked Zeppelin, didn't Rolling Stone give the first album a good review? Which is unusual for rock groups.Idk, I hate hearing Journey or Phil Collins playing at a way too loud volume in stores, and especially at my dentists office where it’s all they play. Christmas music has been lacking since Burl Ives and Mitch Miller left us.
Hip Hop has been around for a long time, and I don’t think it’s wise to stereotype an entire genre, I don’t listen to Hip Hop but I understand why I like it and it’s as valid as a music genre as any other, it’s not all random mumbling and curse words, and there are rappers who genuinely put care and effort into their work. I was like that in Middle School but I try to be a bit broader minded nowI'm talking about hip-hop and modern pop, crap. also generalizing an entire generation as “crap” is so stupid, thousands of songs and movies are being produced by thousands of different people, it’s easier than ever to make art and there’s more good than badHip Hop has been around for a long time, and I don’t think it’s wise to stereotype an entire genre, I don’t listen to Hip Hop but I understand why I like it and it’s as valid as a music genre as any other, it’s not all random mumbling and curse words, and there are rappers who genuinely put care and effort into their work. I can't say I know much about the genre. You're probably right. But all I know is that on YouTube, they let rappers do songs about attacking cops, and they don't censor that. But near enough every Marilyn Manson song is censored, hmm, could there possibly be some bias?Hip Hop has been around for a long time, and I don’t think it’s wise to stereotype an entire genre, I don’t listen to Hip Hop but I understand why I like it and it’s as valid as a music genre as any other, it’s not all random mumbling and curse words, and there are rappers who genuinely put care and effort into their work. I was just referring to music, of course there is some good out there. It comes down to personal taste, nothing on the radio today is my thing. Also
