She was in the Stephen King Miniseries Rose Red (Which served as her debut in television) as well as played Charlie Sheen's psychotic neighbor in Two and a Half Men.
Ah, I did see Rose Red. Been awhile, though.

I haven't seen any of the programs you mentioned, but did recognize the actress who plays Molly from the earlier seasons of Two and a Half Men.
That show was not on my TBW list so...

Just watched episode #4 and things are getting pretty intense. For me Castle Rock doesn't quite capture the flavor of classic King novels ( it reminds me more of the Fargo tv series), but definintely has me hooked. Now I have something to look forward to on wednesdays.
Shoot! I missed that episode last night on Space Channel - I hope they are repeating it!

Episode 4 . . . agree with the other reactions!
But goodness was that ending sad. Zalewski was positioned as a moral compass (a person just coming in to the knowledge of the world's horror and trying to do something to right wrongs) and he was written and played so darn sympathetically! Excellent writing/foreshadowing from the earlier episode although I definitely did not anticipate episode 4's ending. Something told me horror would befall Zalewski because he was just too 'good' (expectant father, just trying to earn a living), but when he asked Henry about law school in episode 2 I was like maybe he'll make it out. Nope :( Question: do you all think Zalewski went on his shooting spree because he touched The Kid (teaching him to do a fist bump)? It seems like The Kid's power rests in his touch (thinking to the white supremacist who died from cancer very soon after being put in the same cell as The Kid)
Wednesday cannot come soon enough! I am so used to streaming services where an entire season is readily available that I've forgotten what it's like to wait for new episodes. It's an interesting experience. Do you all think the idea of slow viewing changes your relationship to the story/how you think about it?

I saw a recent quote from SK that said forget about the easter eggs and just enjoy Castle Rock. He's probably right, but it is sort of like playing "Where's Waldo' while watching this amazing Series. The thing is when I see references to some of his other Series, movies or books It gives me a bit of a rush knowing that I recognize the inference because I have read that book. Brings back some great memories.

I saw that Tweet and thought it was interesting. I read it as more of a warning to stay away from conspiracy-theory-board style easter egg hunting that totally distracts from the viewing experience. Have you been watching the short "Inside the Episode" content? I totally missed the episodes until last week, but they are really informative, along with the short documentary.

No, I didn't realize there were Inside the Episode content. Are they on line? They are not offered after the episode finishes on TV.

I had a suspicion that the LOST theory Q&A sessions with fans were really a way to seed ideas from the audience for free lol
