Nope, I have my spiffy ostrich feather duster and microfiber dust mitt for that. Straight into the garbage (sorry, landfill).Very well.

Not in Maine but I do remember passing by an ostrich farm in AZ.
If you raise ostriches when your in AZ you won't have to sneak onto the farm at night to gather feathers to dust with. Pretty dry out there I would imagine you'll be going through feathers and mitts left and right.......
