Well, I'm about to start my journey with The DT Series.

I was the same but the opposite way around. I decided to read the novel because I really liked the film, which I watched first. I read it thinkingI did have the usual problem of trying to fit John Boy and Venus Flytrap into the characters that already existed in my head.
That was one of the weirdest changes for meI know, right?
And I think Eddie's mom became his wife.? Still fun to watch. But now that I am re reading. I might just get upset with it.
At least Molly Ringwald did not show up.
