Yeah, I'm so hot, I'm going to fall down. The last 3 or 4 days have been brutally hot here. I think the hurricane being close may have done it. I always notice whenever a hurricane is near, it gets very hot. I think the hurricanes bring up the hot air from the South.

Agree. Sea breeze setting up along US 19, so it might cool off here in a few. Then heat right back up.

One time, I saw a man give a homeless guy a hamburger just to watch him get the crap beat out of him.

I was hoping for a lot of rain yesterday and today. The pool water was over the skimmer and I needed to drain a bit out Sunday afternoon. Forgot about it and took over 1 foot of water out of the pool. I remembered Monday morning and turned the pump off. Was praying for lots of rain to happen and fill up the pool a bit before the wife notices what I did. Luckily it's September (which is the beginning of winter according to her) and she isn't swimming anymore. Might have to pull off a covert water hose operation at midnight tonight.

Just keep mentioning to the neighbor every time you see them that you hope they have plenty of homeowners insurance when the tree goes and takes out either your car or your house... or kills someone.
