GIANTS WIN!
Take a breath. You'll knock it (the interview) outa the ballpark.ll brave then.. I am so nervous.
No ((NN"S) required. I am worried about what clothes, I am worried about my age.
I am thinking of putting a mud mask on, but my luck, I will draw out a long lost pimple on the end of my nose. I need a haircut, it is so long, and I am not one to really do anything with it. All bangs and shaggy. But I like shaggy dammit. I can get away with it, if I blow dry with a round brush.
Then again, why should I really care, I am quite cute they way I am.
And besides, if I get all dressed up for interview... that will change and I will show up all kinds of like me. Sure, I will throw a jacket over jeans.. i have all kinds of dress pants and tops, but I wear them with sneakers. Or get annoyed with my hair and put it up messy without thinking about it... until I look around and see all other women clomping around in high heels and makeup . Eh.
I could do all of that, and I have. But now, it is about work and the job.
I am used to working with all men. The profession that I am in. Ya have to get dirty and crawl around and measure to be able to draw those things sometimes.
I am worried that unemployment will pay more then actually having a job.. I know! Horrible way to think!
Sorry for the latest rant..., I am just very nervous.
It was a great game! That last inning was a nail-biter! I thought the World Series was a good one!
Really cool, though, the second-baseman, Joe Panik, is from my town and went to my high school! It's been really fun seeing him play and seeing a local become successful. Happy for him and his family!
The teams were very well matched, I thought; that's why the Series was so good. It's really interesting Joe Panik is from your town. After I read your post I had to look up to see where he came from! I live eighty-five miles from San Francisco and right now in my neighborhood people are yelling and honking horns-- I can only imagine what's going on there!
Yay for a sleep-in! Very cool on the new microwave, 2 weeks is a long time when you're used to having one around.Because my girls have tomorrow off and we get to sleep in! I have also spent the last two weeks with no microwave. The one that we ordered is supposed to be here on the 2nd. I had no idea how much I used the microwave. Thawing meat has been the biggest challenge. ( pain in the tush)
I know! It was a big eye opener to see how much I had come to depend on the microwave. And yes, fantastic are those days that you get to lounge in your warm covers and not have to move!! Have a lovely and lazy weekend everyone!!Yay for a sleep-in! Very cool on the new microwave, 2 weeks is a long time when you're used to having one around.
This time. But next year, mind yer back.GIANTS WIN!
LOL-I haven't used a microwave for at least ten years!Yay for a sleep-in! Very cool on the new microwave, 2 weeks is a long time when you're used to having one around.
