I Need Some Advice Regarding A Job Interview...

I GOT THE JOB!!!

Last night I was all like this:


And this morning the phone rang, and then I was like this:



The woman who called was very apologetic, said she'd been meaning to call but was busy with end-of-year stuff, preparing budget for next year, yadda yadda yadda. I barely heard anything she said, I was so excited. I drove to take my drug screen this morning (good thing I declined the crack pipe last night), and then did some celebratory Christmas shopping.

Thank you, everyone, for your advice and good vibes. I called on Friday, and didn't get a call back. Then I called yesterday morning, and heard nothing the rest of the day. As you can imagine, I was vexed and miffed. The phone rang this morning and I assumed it was a telemarketer, but it was THE JOB OFFER.

It is truly a Christmas miracle, and I am crazy grateful.

And I must thank Spidey. The night before the call, I was fuming, and also sad, and feeling worthless. (Pity party!) And then Spidey's words came to me about manifesting good news. So I took some deep breaths, said a prayer, and thought about the two people I interviewed with - in a good way, without anger. When I woke up, I still wasn't exactly happy, but I felt resigned and ready to move on. Three hours later, I had a job!
