Not sure if its been posted yet, but did anyone else notice at the end the order in which they leave after the blood oath? Stan leaves first, followed by Eddie, then Mike. I thought this was kinda cool and a creepy way to foreshadow for those of us in the know

I loved it. Really, truly loved it. There were changes, both big and small, that have been widely discussed here and elsewhere but they absolutely captured the heart of the story. I didn't find it particularly scary but there were still some good jumps for me, in spite of knowing what was coming, and it was definitely scarier than the original. I can't wait for Part 2!

What did y'all think?

I think I like the Georgie/Pennywise storm drain scene in this movie even better than I like it in the book, the dialogue was better and I love the way Pennywise says "Storm just blew me away".

Probably been mentioned already but did you guys notice that when Pennywise is all excited about hurting or killing that his eyes are golden but when he's being 'nice' they're blue?

i actually didn't notice that. will have to pay attention on a rewatch. so many details to look for

this i did notice. a subtle nod to what comes later. the two that die, followed by the one that gets attacked and waylaid.

I recall a fading effect as some of em left, like River Phoenix at the end of Stand By Me. Anybody else notice this?

I read this article where the director told Skarsgård that they wanted Pennywise's eyes to look in two different directions so would use CGI to do so. Skarsgård said, "No, I can do that," and did.
Bill Skarsgård had a creepy eye trick for IT
