They are owned by the Keurig Dr Pepper company. It's a brand of tea and juice drinks. Personally, I think they are too sweet to use with vodka. I'll stick with my seltzer!

Have a happy weekend everyone! I'm going to try to catch up on horror movies. Trying to talk Scott into driving a ways up the road, there is a pumpkin patch and a corn maze. (Although after watching In the Tall Grass yesterday, I am second guessing myself a little. ) I think it would be fun to take the kids. People in costume hide and scare the bejeezus out of everyone. So fun!

I used to drink a lot of orange juice especially when I got sick. Then I found out a cup of fruit juice has almost as much sugar as pop. It's fruit sugar (fructose), but it's still metabolized almost the same way as regular sugar (sucrose). Most brands of juice have no fiber, which is another thing that ruined it for me. Better to just eat fruit. If you need more Vitamin C then just take a pill.

You can actually get Type 2 diabetes if you drink too much fruit juice. When you consume too much fructose it causes insulin resistance and nonalcoholic fatty liver.
Back from Berlin. Had a good time. Once, when i got off a subway and went up to the surface again a guy jumped forward and asked; Kokain? Hasch? Ecstacy?. Very direct about it. Later i found out that the Cottbus area is a center for drugdealing. Stayed in old eastberlin which had much more charm than westberlin. Hit 4 museums in 3 days and saw a lot of other things as well. Ate Apfelstrudeln in a little place on Unter Den Linden, the big strreet that goes from Brandenburger Tor to the Berlin Cathedral basically. The Apfelstrudeln was amazing!!! Soooo Gooood!!!!
