I did not keep a sleep diary and I'm in the situation that a previous doctor prescribed the drug (then retired) and the current doctor is renewing the RX. The drug is Temazepam and it works because if I forget to take it, I never get sleepy.

Finally I've watched the whole old X Files on my DVD so now I may have some time to stop by here more often and start to
read again. Life really keeps me busy.
Was off from work today but go back tomorrow. Been a busy day taking care of Star and the dogs.

Woke up early this morning, wandered on to FaceBook, and discovered the news about Stephen Hawking passing away. I wasn't a "fan", exactly, when it comes to math and science I has a severe case of the dumb, but I appreciated his intellect. Sad day.
