I think the last one I saw was the '80s movie Can't Buy Me Love My daughter wanted me to watch it with her.
I just watched it again last week on Netflix-so cute!I love this movie! Takes me right back to my teenage years.
What was the dance they do? The aardvark?I just watched it again last week on Netflix-so cute!
Was it the African Anteater Ritual? I'll have to google it now! What was the dance they do? The aardvark?
It's fantastic, isn't it? One of my top 10 movies.Just saw The Green Mile for the first time. Blew me completely away, it was amazing (and heartbreaking). 10/10 (or thereabouts)
That's an awesome movie, one of the best movies ever. Have to rewatch it in some near future.Just saw The Green Mile for the first time. Blew me completely away, it was amazing (and heartbreaking). 10/10 (or thereabouts)

I just finished part 1 of The Stand also-it's been sooooo long since I watched it the first time. So far, I think the music is terrific, the casting and acting is decent (except for Molly Ringwald and Rob Lowe! ) and I LOVE that SK wrote the teleplay! The parts that stray from the book are necessary due to the length of the novel. A lot of the differences are more scene condensing than actual changes (so far-I have three more parts to go). I'm sorry, but I'd take The Stand miniseries over UTD any day (except for SK's episode of course!)!The Man and I watched the first two parts of The Stand last night. I remember really disliking it the first time (I think the last time I watched it was on VHS), but it's grown on me a bit. Still some absolutely GHASTLY acting (lol), but there were good parts, too. Hope to finish it tonight (that or Say Anything-- Can't Buy Me Love got us on an 80s movie kick )
I've not seen any of UTD--no cable, and apparently CBS doesn't play ball with Hulu much. I can't understand the deal with the Nadine/Lucy mashup. Maybe it was to avoid having to deal with the suicide of Larry's first woman?I just finished part 1 of The Stand also-it's been sooooo long since I watched it the first time. I'm not that far into it, but your guess sounds logical if the first woman (can't remember her name! Rita?) was eliminated from the teleplay. Three major love interests might've been too much for a four-part miniseries!I've not seen any of UTD--no cable, and apparently CBS doesn't play ball with Hulu much.
