Thank-you!
Your dollhouse reminds me of The Nutshell Studies. If you can find this documentary hosted by John Waters, it is a fantastic look at miniature scenes created by Frances Glessner Lee for police to learn procedure and crime solving.

A CSI episode was written around dollhouse murders inspired by The Nutshell Studies. Fantastic little documentary.

I am frustrated with this for one reason: We don't get to know the answers to the Nutshells. They are based on actual crimes, I'm pretty sure. Modeled from crime scene photos and police write ups. They are meticulously recreated and there is an answer to all of them. But, we don't get to know!

And I don't think they tell the cops training with them the answer either. This is for them to look at the crime scene, see the evidence and facts and come to their own conclusion. But what if they come to the wrong conclusion? Shouldn't learning officers be told they were wrong and they need to look again?

It took me awhile to go through the pics and I’m sure I missed some stuff but omg you did a fantastic job! It is so much fun to see! Did you make The Grady twins?I love the yard too! And the paint job is so perfect! Do you have the Dollhouse Building bug now? I have an extra dollhousery (is that a word?) book kickin around here somewhere if you’d like to have it! I gotta circle back to Dollhousing myself seeing how I begged David to let me buy one particular kit (years ago now) that is still untouched! I have a feeling our yard is going to have some pretty spectacular birdhouses in it some day.
