(by hanging, ?female?)Why do I think someone died in the bell tower there?
You're a chicken!I would have taken flight!
It has to be something along those lines.....The cemetery was really old and neglected, and there were a lot of graves of nuns and children. Is there a cemetery near the church? I can't imagine it being the case in SC but in my younger days before they had equipment that could dig the graves in the winter, caskets were stored in mausoleums until spring when they could be buried. Sounds like that sort of thing although the mausoleums here are stone not wood.
Edited: Duh--read the OP, Marsha. I see (now) you've already said there's a cemetery there.
I imagined a vampire having lived there. Why do I think someone died in the bell tower there?
Lovely driftwood and a 'forest of driftwood'Did someone say old dead trees? Not the same here, but.....

((((JR))))I'm not having a good day. My daughter may not be able to come with us to Ohio this July, my lawyer told me that we may have to come up with $5000 (Which we don't have), and I injured my arm trying to do yard work... I should have known better, my joints are not what they used to be.
BUT... tomorrow is another day, I'm sure it will all work out.
Thanks FlakeNoir for caring, everyone here is awesome.
