Great story! Other than the bad airplane ride stuff. But, you know what I mean!I travelled from Buenos Aires to Boston last Wednesday. The flight was AWFUL: a lightning hit one wing, we had huge turbulence and at one stage we had a huge fall that lasted for 3 seconds that made a lot of things fall (including all the food stuff), my courage included. We lost our connection in Newark due to the huge mess the airport was and I had 4 hours less in Boston of the 28 planned. And my returning flight got hugely delayed in the airport due to a major storm, which lead to 4 hours waiting with the plane in the airport and 2 waiting for the luggage.
And I had THE BEST OF TIMES! It was an amazing and dreamt experience! I had a wonderful time meeting several new SK fans and several ones I've known for years. And once again I had the unique chance of watching and hearing Stephen King live. I saw both King and Hill from front row, heard 'em for an hour including both READING stuff from the other (something I deeply wished for). I returned with a signed copy of The Institute, Full Throttle: Stories. And I was (finally) able to have a selfie close to Stephen King (first time I have a decent picture). I had my Spanish copy of IT just in case I had the chance of giving it to him to sign but it was not possible.

Great comment - I felt very lucky to have attended the book event in Toronto back in 2017 when he did one with Owen - it was quite an adventure for me, even without any signed book!It would seem just the experience to see in person and hear the interaction of Joe and Stephen King would be awesome. Many never will have that opportunity.

Thanks to everyone who made this possible, specially Stephen King and Joe Hill. It was INCREDIBLE.

I told that to my friend who travelled with me! By far, I've never been so scared on a plane.Huh. This sounds like good material for a certain anthology!
